Obsidian Entertainment Hit With Layoffs
Fallout: New Vegas studio Obsidian Entertainment has reportedly ordered off several employees.
Long-serving Obsidian veteran Akil Hooper, World Health Organization worked as a designer happening the 2010 unfreeze Fallout: Brand-new Vegas, of late revealed via Chirrup that he'd fallen victim to layoffs. Joe Sanabria, art director at Obsidian and Lead Creative person happening Fallout: Untried Vegas, has updated his LinkedIn profile to reflect the fact that he's no more with the studio, while Obsidian Creative Director Chris Avellone recently updated his own LinkedIn page with recommendations for Junior Designer Jessica Johnson, Junior Designer Sydney Wolfram, Subordinate Producer Theresa Kanae Treadwell, Design Interns John Lewis and Ryan Zingler, and Environment Art Intern Rose Gomez, complete of whom have ostensibly been release.
In terms of sheer numbers the cuts are relatively small just IT's calm down a very sad berth, especially for long-serving employees coming murder a lifesize hit the like Hot Vegas. We wish all the best to everyone affected.
